ALIAWest Midyear Social June 2021

 

On the last Saturday
of June 2021 ALIAWest Committee had our annual Midyear Social Lunch at The Royal in Perth.

We often get asked
“How are you doing?” Our annual social lunches are fantastic spaces to chat and
see each other in an informal way.

We were lucky with
wonderful weather and great view of Yagan Square from the balcony.

 

 

We shared delicious
food and drinks, as well as anecdotes of our library lives and personal
achievements. We had news of a Diploma graduation, post-grad units passed,
contract extension, and holidays spent in the sun.

We had the opportunity
to meet amazing people such as Christina who attended as a representative by
the ALIA Retirees WA and partake in interesting conversations.

We are looking forward
to more ALIA Groups joining us on our next social lunch.
