Federal Election Campaign Kit

ALIA has put together a federal election campaign kit so that every member can be an advocate for the LIS profession in Australia. Key topics focussed on in the campaign kit include:

• the National Broadband Network (NBN)
• the National Year of Reading 2012
• access to electronic resources Australia-wide
• support for school libraries
• Internet censorship
• cybersafety
• freedom of access to government information
