The task group for the ‘Library Leadership: A Celebration’ day met yesterday at the State Library. The group pieced together some of the final plans for the professional development day set to take place on Friday May 19, 2017.

The program is now confirmed, with Jennefer Nicholson, former Secretary General of IFLA flying in for the day, and former WA Premier, Carmen Lawrence set to provide a viewpoint on leadership from outside the profession.

Pictured below, the team highlight the beautiful artwork designed by ALLA’s Alice Hewitt.
